Welcome to Nunu. By downloading or using the Nunu app you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using Nunu

Nunu grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for learning.
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
Don't misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.

Your content & progress

Your learning progress belongs to you. We store it to provide the service and, if you have an account, to sync it across your devices. You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings.

Subscriptions & payments

Nunu may offer optional paid subscriptions ("Nunu Pro"). If you subscribe:

Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Prices and any free-trial terms are shown before you purchase.

Content

Lesson content, audio, the Nunu character, and branding are owned by Nunu or its licensors and are provided for your personal learning use only.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Nunu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the app, and may suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
